What if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?
Our driver will call you. If unreachable, we'll leave your order in a safe place per your delivery instructions, with a photo sent to your email. For frozen items, we require a secure cooler arrangement or will reschedule.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, if your order hasn't been dispatched. Contact us by phone or reply to your confirmation email.
Do you deliver to offices or workplaces?
Absolutely. Just enter the delivery address at checkout and include any access instructions (lobby, unit number, security clearance).
How do I know if an item is in stock for same-day collection?
In-stock items show "Available for collection in 2 hours" on the product page. If not visible, the item may need to be ordered in.
Is parking available at the store?
Street parking is available along Tiong Bahru Road and the surrounding estate roads. There are also nearby HDB carparks within a 3-minute walk.
Can I bring my pet to the store?
Well-behaved pets are always welcome! We have water bowls and plenty of treats.
